This was a 3* read until like 90% of the way through and then honestly I just was so happy that they were f*?!ing in a locker room that I had to give it 4*。

DNF at 52%。 That was enough。 i don’t know how i even made it through that much of the book。 But is my fault cause the name of the books says everything。 The cover was cute and she was plus size so I wanted to give it a try…and it almost put me in a reading slump。 Soooo read at ur own risk 😂😂😂

As a dark romance lover I didn’t know I was missing out on those fluffy but steamy reads and that’s just what this book is! Love how much it’s coded with Taylor Swift Easter eggs and I loved the whole premise。 Sports star + plus sized girlie with a praise kink? Hell yes。 3 stars cause lots of editing errors that couldn’t go unnoticed and wasn’t a fan of the fake social media names (others use the names or just don’t mention them? But she didn’t change insta?) but everything else makes it so wort As a dark romance lover I didn’t know I was missing out on those fluffy but steamy reads and that’s just what this book is! Very cute。 Would definitely reread!

It’s a cute little romantic comedy with a lot of spice。 Amazing to read a book the praises curvy girls and drives home the message that every body is beautiful。 Was a quick and easy read but the story was a little predictable and at times a bit cringey/cheesy。

Mia

very cute and fun read!

Alannah Savage

I loved how they always stood with her ! Kingsman brother till I die !

DNF @52% - This book was repetitive, the dialogue scenes dragged on too much and the protagonists have zero chemistry (sexual innuendos do not good chemistry make)。 But you do you, I guess。 I should've known better, the title is kinda cringe。 DNF @52% - This book was repetitive, the dialogue scenes dragged on too much and the protagonists have zero chemistry (sexual innuendos do not good chemistry make)。 But you do you, I guess。 I should've known better, the title is kinda cringe。 。。。more

Cute concept, but I wish I could get the 5 hours of time back and have this erased from my brain。

Overall 3/5。 It was nice and fluffy and a good break from some of the darker romances I’ve read lately。 However, there were quite a few cringey moments。 Also it constantly refers to Chris asking Trixie out 10 years prior, but she didn’t think he had, but there’s no real clarification about what actually happened or how there was such a miscommunication。

Angie

pure fluff it was cute but slightly underwhelming

Javiera

This is a very funny/short story, im not gonna lie i had my own inspo when it comes to picturing both leads so it turned into fanfiction to me lmao, It was fun and it was straight to the point。。。

I thought this book was so cute。 I love a book where the guy is head over heels for the girl the whole time。 I especially loved that there was no drama that made him doubt his feelings。 He knew he always loved her and he was going to try his best to have her fall in love with him。

Kaitlyn

I am obsessed with this family, these men, and football。 I cannot wait for the next book!

This book was cute, and at time big LOLs for me! I get the title relates to the actual chickens that Trixie, FMC, loves, but it was a bit over kill for me。 What I absolutely loved about this book is it was duo POV, friends to lovers, fake dating and he fell first troupes! Not to mention the FMC is a curvier woman and is super confident and self aware and is body positive!Chris, our MMC, is the sweetest quarterback, and maybe at times a little too head over heels in love? fun, flirty and angsty sport romance readThis was such a fun quick read! Loved the humour throughout and all the nerdy references!!- he falls first - sport romance - friends to lovers - fake dating - curvy FMC

This was a super cute read, but the writing felt like 12 year old me, it was really cringe。 If you took out the ‘spicy’ scenes, this could be read by pre-teens。 It had a good message though about accepting yourself & body image。

2 Stars for the Fluff , Luke , Mrs。 Bo。 I enjoyed this book but ugh !! Couldn’t connect with the writing style in the first few chapters。 are they still in high school… 10 years later ? Coz if not then move the fuck on ! Trixie & Chris were okay i guess 。。 sometimes cringy 。。 sometimes cute 。。 but just okay。 Now this is the thing i hated & got irritated most in the book … Being reminded that the FMC is plus-size in every other moment。 I get it 。。 that was the main trope of the book and it tells 2 Stars for the Fluff , Luke , Mrs。 Bo。 I enjoyed this book but ugh !! Like somehow you end up in porn and you’re okay with it。 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ 。。。more

Cute The story line was cute, and I love that plus size women were represented, but the relationship felt rushed。 I know they were friends for a long time but I feel it went from fake dating to in love too quickly。

Thank you so much for Love Notes PR for the arc! I found out about this book via the amazing illustrator, Leni- and I absolutely adored this book。 Anything with college romance is my jam。 And the tropes for this were just Chef’s KISS!!I love the plus size representation , and the romance itself was amazing。 It was heartwarming and the right amount of spicy。 I cannot wait for more。 Amy Award is 100% an auto buy now!

It’s very high school for characters who are 28 years old but it was good

Okay。 This was cute。 I loved the body positivity and the humor and the spice and the friendships and camaraderie。 It was all very well done! This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 Lets start off with the good stuff:I definitely liked the message behind the book。 I overall enjoyed chris and trixie as a couple as well。 But something that majorly threw me off was the timeline。 This all happened over a timespan of four to five weeks MAX。 I was so irritated that they got together after 1 1/2 weeks of "fake" dates and then got engaged after like four to five weeks。 Of course there are couples that move this fast and there is no shame in that but it just threw me off because the Lets start off with the good stuff:I definitely liked the message behind the book。 I overall enjoyed chris and trixie as a couple as well。 But something that majorly threw me off was the timeline。 This all happened over a timespan of four to five weeks MAX。 I was so irritated that they got together after 1 1/2 weeks of "fake" dates and then got engaged after like four to five weeks。 Of course there are couples that move this fast and there is no shame in that but it just threw me off because the engagement also felt somewhat rushed。 Also Karter bothered me so much even if he wasnt present as much。 Overall review: it's enjoyable but just a little too fast pasted for my personal liking。 。。。more

I know the virginity isn’t supposed to be a big deal, but in a locker room? REALLY??? They couldn’t simply go home? I hope Amy gets better in her writing for her next novel because this one has some really funny moments and could be much much better。 。。。more

Good easy read。 Was cringy at times but not too cringy。 Over all would read again。 The conflict at the end was really hard for me to read tho cause I just thought it was so bad but I think they handled it well and wasn't a conflict between them。 Good easy read。 Was cringy at times but not too cringy。 Over all would read again。 The conflict at the end was really hard for me to read tho cause I just thought it was so bad but I think they handled it well and wasn't a conflict between them。 。。。more
